in the Estates and Commercial List divisions of the Ontario Superior

DocEx Pilot Project
The Court Document Exchange is a web-based case management system developed by CourtCanada. DocEx is being delivered to the legal community as part of a pilot project with the Commercial List Users' Committee of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
DocEx creates an online environment designed to enhance access to justice by improving the efficiency and transparency of the litigation process. DocEx streamlines document distribution and provides public access to documents and case information, enabling litigants and other stakeholders to better manage their involvement in Commercial List cases.

InSolve Case Management System
InSolve is a web-based case management system developed specifically
for use in Canadian restructuring and liquidation proceedings,

CourtCanada and Cyberbahn (a Thomson Reuters business) are cooperating in a joint venture to provide a new Court document distribution and filing system to the Canadian legal community.
Legal iLink eServices is a "hybrid" system that combines CourtCanada's technology with Cyberbahn's industry-leading litigation support services, enabling users to upload Court documents and submit orders for manual fulfillment by the Cyberbahn team.
