Improved case management with DocEx

DocEx is a new web-based Court document exchange and case management service available from CourtCanada.

DocEx creates an online environment designed to improve the efficiency and transparency of the litigation process.  DocEx streamlines document distribution and provides public access to documents and case information, enabling litigants and other stakeholders to better manage their involvement in litigation cases.

The DocEx system creates a case web site for each proceeding registered for the service.  DocEx case web sites incorporate an array of innovative features and functions including:

  • Ease of access: no software installation necessary
  • Advanced search capabilities
