Search for and reserve Court time online

The Online System for Court Attendance Reservations ("OSCAR") is a web-based system that provides public access to Court schedules and information regarding upcoming Court hearings, and allows registered users to search for available Court time and reserve Court attendances online.

OSCAR is currently available in the Estates and Commercial List Divisions of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto.

OSCAR Offers:

Public access to Court room "door lists", as well as information regarding upcoming Court hearings.
Access to the Court hearing reservation system, which enables authorized users to search for and book available Court time.

OSCAR Registration, Fees & Booking Confirmation:

Registration is available to lawyers and other qualified individuals at no charge. Click here to request OSCAR registration.
Bookings are subject to a $15.00 service fee, payable by credit card or OSCAR Account.

Note that you may continue to reserve Court attendances directly through the Court office.
