Find an InSolve Case Web Site

Each InSolve case has its own publicly-accessible case web site, which provides information and links regarding the case in order to facilitate and expedite the mass communications involved in large Court-supervised proceedings. Creditors and other stakeholders can access Court documents, claims process information and documents and other case administration tools.

To find a specific case, enter the full or partial case name or debtor name in the space below and select 'Go', or select a letter below to view an alphabetical list of all InSolve cases.

Register a Case

If you are interested in registering a case for InSolve, please contact us by e-mail at info@courtcanada.com or by telephone at 1 (800) 201-3554. We would be pleased to arrange an information session and demonstration for you at your convenience.

Cases can be registered for InSolve at any stage of the proceeding. We encourage the key parties to consider contacting CourtCanada in advance so that the case site can be available immediately upon the issuance of the Initial Order. However, we can also arrange for a seamless migration of ongoing cases of any size into InSolve management.
