Unblock This Site

If the viewing pane opens up on the page but remains blank after you select the 'View Document' link, your system may be blocking it inadvertently. To correct this problem, follow these steps:

Internet Explorer

  1. Select 'Tools'
  2. Select 'Pop-up Blocker'
  3. Select 'Pop-up Blocker Settings'
  4. In the 'Address of Web site to allow' box, type "courtcanada.com", and then select 'Add'
  5. Select 'Close'

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Select 'Tools'
  2. Select 'Options'
  3. Select 'Content'
  4. If the 'Block Popup Windows' box is checked, select the 'Allowed Sites' button
  5. In the 'Address of web site:' box, type "courtcanada.com", and then select 'Allow'
  6. Select 'Close'
