Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Campbell of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (in Bankruptcy & Insolvency) dated March 24, 2006, KPMG Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of Portus Alternative Asset Management Inc. ("PAAM").

Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Campbell of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (in Bankruptcy & Insolvency) dated May 18, 2007, KPMG Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of Portus Asset Management Inc. ("PAM").
