Case Registration & Operation

Case Registration

Cases can be registered for InSolve at any stage of the proceeding. We encourage the key parties to consider contacting CourtCanada in advance so that the case site can be available immediately upon the issuance of the Initial Order. However, we can also arrange for a seamless migration of ongoing cases of any size into the InSolve system.

Operation of the Case Web Site

  • The case web site enables parties to register for the e-Service List and e-Serve Court documents.
  • Each web site hosts a Court document file and case calendar.
  • Parties e-Serve documents by uploading them to the case web site. The InSolve system automatically sends an email to parties on the e-Service List. The email will contain a link to the document and other information regarding the e-Service.

User / e-Service List Registration

  • A party can be registered for the e-Service List by its legal counsel, or other primary authorized individual.
  • Each party on the e-Service List must be associated with at least one email address for receipt of service emails and other communications.
  • The e-Service List registration is not active until the registration is confirmed by at least one primary authorized individual.  Registration is confirmed by clicking the link in an email sent by the system to the email address(es) associated with the party.
